Sanyo Zio by Kyocera Cricket wireless? Details below....?

I just recently left virgin mobile to gain the free Android, Sanyo Zio. I love the phone however when a contact calls me it comes up their number and not their name and also thir assigned ringtone also is not working, when I question this at a cricket store they tell me all the Zio do this. I guess I beleive it should tell me the contacts name a cheap *** phone can do this. Androids are supposed to be the best phones to date and it cant tell me a number wow
