Could you tell me if I have a Yu-Gi-Oh Misprint?

I have a pretty rare Yu-Gi-Oh Card, and it seems to have a misprint. It's Polymerization from the original Legend of Blue Eyes pack. It alone is worth about $33.30. As I was examining it, I noticed that the small holographic square at the bottom was moved over to the left slightly. To give a clear amount how far it was moved over, you can only read up to KAZUKI TAKA-- and that is where the hologram is. I was wondering if anyone could tell me if this is a true misprint, because I haven't seen any cases like this online. And could you tell me if this is an increase in value if it is?
