My dog was fine this morning.She went outside once she came back she seemed weak,now her front legs are stiff?

she is heavy breathing, and sticks her tongue out as if though she is dehydrated.She doesn't get up,and when I picker her up her legs stay completely stiff,and she can't walk.she recently had puppies.what could have happened to her? :(
