Does this sound like a familiar sickness?

Okay im not sure if all this goes togeather but maybe you could help please! i dont know much about like sicknesses. so around monday i had a MAJOR headache all day like felt like i was dehydrated to i drank a bunch of water woke up the next day getting a cold sore! yay. so ive been treating my cold sore no more headache but today (of course being my birthday) i start getting a sore throat? are these familiar symptoms? help?? thank you
