Worried my ball python is getting dehydrated as it never comes out of its hide?

i have a ball python only got it 4 days ago but im worried its getting dehydrated as it never comes out of its hide and its skin is going wrinkly and i dont know what to do. also its about to shed and how can it if it never leaves its hide?
