My modem is far away from my ps3 and mac?

My modem is on The first floor and My Mac and ps3 is on the 3rd floor. I use a home wireless adapter in my room to get Internet but it's not fast enough. I usually only get 10mbps in my room while My modem is 100mbps. Is there any other way to get faster Internet speed to the 3rd floor other than wiring all over the house
