I have a virus with nausea, vomiting, and dehydration, any ideas?

I don't know what the virus is, but for the past 7 days I've been dehydrated, unable to keep food down, malnutrition from the lack of food. The doctors are having trouble diagnosing me. Any ideas as to what the virus is?
