How much should i charge for making raw granola?

I am a vegan/raw foodie and I make my own raw granola, i use quality, organic, raw products and I have to soak and dehydrate all the nuts, sprout the buckwheat, add superfoods(expensive), and higher quality spices and then dehydrate the mixture. I have been asked to make some for a coffee shop to sell-any suggestions or the portion size and also how much to charge for ingredients, time,cleanup. Thnaks
