Connect to a network printer?

I'm using Win7. I'm working in a office. I can use the office internet using the ethernet wire or even with wireless network but i could access the network printer. There's a server also in the office but I'm not connected to it. But I know the server admin password. So what should I do to get the printer control? Please advice fast.
