Was this considered being anorexic?

When I was 8 years old, I was a little on the chubby side and my family would always joke about it. (Not that they were skinny.) There was one point where I stopped eating because I think one of the kids in my 2nd grade class called me fat. At lunch my teacher would sit by me to make sure I ate at least half of either my sandwich or snack. I lost quite a bit of weight and it came to the point where my mom brought me to a children's hospital where they told me I was dehydrated. After I left the hospital the same night, all I ate were one those microwavable twice baked potatoes every night for dinner. Was I considered an anorexic?
