My dog has Diarrhea, what can i do to help?

i have an 9 month old english setter and she's pretty big... i made sure she had a drink every hour so she dosent get dehydrated......her poop is liquity and kinda looks like water.. she looks find and shes very playful and active with my other dog but its her poop that dosent look fine! what can i give her or do to make her more comfortable and feel better? Please answer my question!
