I have a pain in my right side and really hurts when i am sitting or driving. ?

It gets worse when I have a full bladder and the pain is right at the waist band area when sitting. I am a truck driver and when the pain is there my legs get tight and I am light headed like being dehydrated but I drink lots of water.
