How can I get my temp to go down?

I recently found out I have hyperthyroidism about 4 hours ago my face got hot so I took my temp and it was 99.2 I took three ibuprofens 2 hours ago I checked it again and it was 101.6 and took some Tylenol extra strengths now it's 102.4 idk what else to do. All I know is Im feeling really ill throwing up, dehydrated, dizzy, and headache. :( I don't have health insurance right at the moment.
