Dog has diarrhea, what should I do?

My dog started to have diarrhea yesterday and tonight it seems it might be getting worst. In the past 2 hours she pooped in the house twice. She still has an appetite and is active but the poop looked like it might have had bird feathers in it. It's also be very hot here lately and I'm worried she might be dehydrated but she's acting normal. Is there anything I can do or should I just try and let if pass? If it get worst I'll take her to the vet.
