its all very healthy and your off to a good start but you need a better breakfast. Try some eggs with peppers and mushrooms or something like that. You deff need more protein. Make breakfast your biggest meal and eat more smaller meals throughout the day. You can eat more and boost your metabolism that way

Wireless Network disconnected?

I'm not sure if I am understanding this correctly. Is your brother connected directly to the wireless router and if so why? The router should be connected to the modem which brings the internet into the house and then each computer should be connected via wireless to the wi-fi router. The only way he could disconnect you would be if he has software on his laptop that came with the router and he is blocking you somehow. If you can, get the disk that came with the router and load the software on to your laptop. Then change the password so he can't block you.

What ticket do you buy for wireless to have access to the Pepsi Max stage?

Why wont my internet work on my computer?

we have a wireless valet cisco and every now and then the internet works but a lot of the time it doesnt and sometimes I can fix it with the easy set up key but now I can't. Why does the internet turn off and why can't I get it back on????
